U.S. Team try-out

Club Coupe du Monde U.S.A. is happy to announce that the try-out for the U.S. Team which will compete in the 2019 Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie will be held on Monday and Tuesday August 14th and 15th 2017 in the kitchen of Secchia Institute for Culinary Education at Grand Rapids Community College, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Participants will have, with the help of a student, three hours for mise en place on Monday afternoon and eight hours on Tuesday to prepare 2 identical chocolate entremets, 6 identical plated desserts and a sugar or chocolate centerpiece to illustrate the theme of “TIME”.
This event will be open to the public on Tuesday August 15th.
